Tennis Camp in the Heart of Lisbon: Club 7

Combine tennis training with a city break at Club 7, located in the heart of Lisbon. Designed for different playing levels, the group sessions focus on technical development, footwork, court positioning and match play.

Alongside its six tennis courts, Club 7 offers a gym, a 25-metre swimming pool, wellness facilities and a café overlooking the courts. After training, players can relax at the club or spend their free time exploring Lisbon’s historic neighbourhoods, waterfront and culinary scene.

3-day tennis programme

Day 1 – Player Assessment and Technical Development
Warm-up, level assessment, forehand and backhand technique, footwork and controlled rally exercises.

Day 2 – Serve, Return and Court Positioning
Serve and return practice, court positioning, attacking and defensive transitions, and point-based drills.

Day 3 – Tactics and Match Play
Singles and doubles tactics, match scenarios, group matches and final feedback from the coach.
